You are hereby invited to submit technical and financial proposals for consultancy services required to undertake a Topographical Survey and Hydraulic Analysis at the Forestry Eenhana Office on Erf 108. This proposal could form the basis for future negotiations and ultimately, a contract between you and the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism. The Eenhana Forestry Office is currently experiencing water ponding and localised flooding at the erf entrance due to uncontrolled surface runoff from adjacent properties and inadequate surface gradients.
