As we convene here today, for the Green Climate Fund's Regional Dialogue with Africa, themed "Inspire More Climate Action," I extend my heartfelt welcome to all the participants. This gathering stands as a testament to our shared commitment to address the urgent challenges posed by climate change especially for the African continent and also equally present an opportunity for the continent to enhance our understanding and strengthen our engagement with Green Climate Fund.
