CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF INPUTS ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT FOR THE NAMIBIAN MARINE PHOSPHATE PROJECT

Following the ruling on 21^st June 2018 by the Hon. Minister of Environment and Tourism, made in terms of section 50 (4) of the Environmental Management Act, 2007 (Act No. 7 of 2007), all Interested and Affected Parties are hereby informed as per Section 35 (7), that the Environmental Assessment Report and all other relevant documents related to Namibian Marine Phosphate Mining License No. 170 are available for inspection at the Office of the Environmental Commissioner. 

All Interested and Affected Parties are therefore invited to inspect and submit their comments in writing on or before 17.00 on 28^th September 2018 to:
