The upgrading of the tourist gravel road to a low volume sealed road, from Okaukuejo to King Nehale Gate including detours through Halali via Namutoni in the Etosha National Park has commenced. The initial phase of the upgrade will cover the first twenty (20) kilometers of the road from Okaukuejo, scheduled for the period 23 April 2025 to 30 November 2025.
